VIT Technical Group is officially renamed to VIT.

VIT is granted a patent for a high-efficiency roller system designed for the tobacco industry.

VIT is granted a patent for an innovative leaves feeding system for press machines.

VIT pioneers the design of the first-ever vehicle for the mechanical detachment of tobacco leaves from the plant.

VIT receives an international patent for the mechanical detachment mechanism of tobacco leaves directly from the plant.
