Our Robotic Carton Erector is a compact and flexible automation solution designed to convert flat carton blanks into correctly formed boxes, ready for filling and further processing. Carton blanks are stored in integrated magazines, allowing the robot to retrieve each blank individually using specially designed end-of-arm tooling for accurate and reliable handling.
The robot transfers the blank to the forming station, where the carton is opened, squared and prepared through a controlled and repeatable sequence. Once formed, each carton is placed onto the discharge conveyor and transferred smoothly to the next production stage, such as product loading, closing or sealing.
Technical Capabilities
Combining robotic handling, custom mechanical equipment, intelligent controls and an operator-friendly HMI, the system provides a complete self-contained solution within a compact footprint. Its modular design allows seamless integration into both new and existing packaging lines, helping manufacturers reduce repetitive manual handling, improve process consistency and maintain a continuous carton flow to downstream equipment.
The robotic configuration also offers a high degree of flexibility compared with conventional dedicated machinery. Through suitable tooling, programmable recipes and mechanical adjustments, the system can be adapted to different carton dimensions, blank designs and production requirements, supporting efficient changeovers and future packaging needs.
Individual carton blanks are picked directly from integrated magazines using dedicated robotic tooling.
Each blank is automatically opened and formed into the correct geometry through a controlled and repeatable process.
Formed cartons are positioned directly onto the discharge conveyor for continuous transfer to downstream equipment.
The system can accommodate different carton sizes and blank configurations through tooling changes, mechanical adjustment and stored production recipes.
Designed for seamless connection with product loading, carton closing, sealing and other downstream packaging processes.
Programmable production settings help simplify format changes and improve operational flexibility across different packaging requirements.
